Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my purchase?
On iPhone, sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account used to buy the unlock. On Android, use the Google account used for the purchase in Google Play. In DriveFX, open Settings → Restore Purchases. An internet connection may be needed. No separate DriveFX account is required.
Why is a theme locked?
Train is the free live theme. Other themes can be previewed with Demo. Tap Start on another theme to view the one-time all-themes unlock.
Why aren't the sounds reacting?
While safely parked, check motion and location permissions in your phone's Settings, your selected audio output, and volume. Secure the phone and start Train or an unlocked theme. Simulators and emulators cannot provide real motion sensors; use Demo there. Never troubleshoot while driving.
Does DriveFX track my route?
DriveFX uses motion and GPS-derived speed locally to animate sounds. It does not send your location, route, motion stream, or saved drive files to Claim727 or RevenueCat. Optional drive recordings store motion, speed, accuracy, and heading on your device, not latitude or longitude. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete a saved drive?
Open Drives and delete the recording, or, on iPhone, remove the file through the Files app. Copies you shared or backed up must be deleted separately.
How do I request a refund?
Apple and Google process purchases and refund requests. Visit Apple's refund support or Google Play's refund support. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
Is it a driving instrument?
No. DriveFX is entertainment only. It is not a reliable speedometer, navigation service, collision warning, vehicle diagnostic tool, or safety device.
